National company Northmarq finalized $44.9 million in construction financing for Amavida, a new multifamily development in Marana. Along with 200 units of apartment-style housing, the property will include a clubhouse, fitness center, entertainment areas and dog parks. In partnership with Ascent Companies and Vanderbuild, the company plans to break ground in a few weeks and complete the project in 2025. Northmarq's Debt and Equity team, Bruce Harrington and Tyler Woodard, secured the funding through a senior construction loan and preferred equity with the two companies.
