But when the average person washes their car once or twice a month, whether with a business or in a driveway, a car wash service may be the better alternative, officials say. 'Compared to washing your car in your driveway or a private area, there's no sewage collection,' Marana Water Department Director Jing Luo said. 'We would rather direct people to use car washes. That's the best way to conserve in terms of water usage.
